As a firm, we believe everyone deserves and needs a home.

Building on years of experience in the community housing sector and in response to the current national housing crisis, McCullough Robertson is committing $1,000,000 of pro bono legal services to the housing sector in 2026. This expands on the support already provided through our Community Partnership Program. As we turn 100, we are looking to work with government, industry leaders and housing providers to design and deliver practical and much needed step change solutions that create meaningful change. “There are limited funds for legal aid and community (legal) services so pro bono helps fill that gap and it works well for us because it is just part of giving back to the community. It is not seen as a favour or an exception.

It is a fundamental part of what we do.”
